Your day begins at our diving center, where you’ll meet your professional diving instructor. After a thorough safety briefing and equipment fitting, you’ll set off on our comfortable boat to one of Hurghada’s stunning dive sites.

Under the expert supervision of your guide, you’ll experience the thrill of breathing underwater as you dive among vibrant coral reefs and swim alongside colorful marine life. Between dives, relax on the boat with refreshing drinks and light snacks.

This full-day trip is perfect for anyone who wants to take their first plunge into diving while enjoying the natural beauty of the Red Sea.

Medical conditions

  • Respiratory problems: Conditions like asthma, chronic bronchitis, or lung damage may pose risks
  • Heart issues: Heart disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or recent heart surgery are contraindications
  • Ear and Sinus Problems: Colds, sinus infections, or inability to equalize pressure can lead to injuries
  • Pregnancy:  Diving is generally not recommended during pregnancy due to the unknown effects of pressure on the fetus
  • Recent surgery or injuries: Especially if it involves the ears, lungs, or cardiovascular system
  • Medications: Some medications (e.g., sedatives or certain painkillers) may impair judgment or increase risk.


Behavioral/preparation Issues

  • Alcohol or drug Use: Diving under the influence is unsafe and prohibited
  • Fatigue: Being overly tired or dehydrated can increase the risk of complications
  • Incomplete dive Training: Beginners must dive with professional supervision  unless certified.
